The Perfect Golf Swing & How To Accomplish It By Using The Stack N Tilt Method


Is it a myth or is there such a thing as the perfect golf swing ? Well, you only have to look at the Pros's to understand that even though they get it right most of the time, there are instances where they don't.

There are various types of grip that golfers use and it is easy to study the different types and then to practice with them all until you try one that initially appears to suit you, ie., allows you to drive the ball further and with more accuracy.

The position is important and initially your body mass should be evenly distributed over the two feet, then bend at the hips whilst keeping the spine as erect as possible.

The knees should have a moderate flex allowing your to have a slight angle when holding the golf club at the correct position.

The correct backswing is completed when the left arm (for right handed players) is kept as straight as possible when you draw back.

As you complete the down swing it is imperative that your head is maintained in the same position throughout, allowing the hips to start moving whilst also ensuring that the left arm stays straight during the swing and that you don't use the right arm to attempt and generate more energy to the swing.

The key here is to try and achieve a smooth down swing with a gradual increase of speed whilst maintaining balance, an even and consistent well balanced body will result in a more consistent shot every time.

Your head and shoulders should, by now, be instinctively behind the ball as you drive and then over your right shoulder to finish the follow through.

Regular practice and a routine that you can duplicate each and every time is the key to the perfect golf swing and eventually you will be more proficient and comfortable with your swing, which will pay you handsome dividends.
